If you are caught driving friends under 20 without an adult, what can happen?
- You must repeat driver’s ed
- DMV action such as warning, probation, or suspension — correct answer
- Nothing, if it’s daytime
Why
Violating the passenger restriction is a citable offense and DMV can add its own action — warning, probation or suspension. (Handbook, Section 2.)
Practise this in the real format
