You are in a collision without proper insurance coverage. Your driving privilege:
- Is suspended for 30 days while you get insured
- Is only suspended if you caused the collision
- Will be suspended for up to four years, no matter who was at fault — correct answer
Why
Fault is irrelevant here: being in a collision uninsured suspends the privilege for up to four years. (Section 10, Driving Without Insurance.)
Practise this in the real format
