Topic 6 · Alcohol, Drugs, and Driving (DUI Laws)
You are on DUI probation. The BAC limit that applies to you is:
- 0.04% because probation counts as commercial driving
- 0.08% like any other adult driver
- 0.01% or higher, at any age — correct answer
Why
Anyone on DUI probation is held to 0.01% regardless of age, the same limit as a driver under 21. (Section 9, Blood Alcohol Concentration Limits.)

Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
