Topic 1 · Introduction
A Class C license allows you to drive:
- A taxi
- A van designed to carry 12 people (with conditions) — correct answer
- A bus with 30 passengers
Why
Class C covers vanpool vehicles designed to carry 10 to 15 people, subject to additional conditions. (dmv.ca.gov/dl — Section 1 of the handbook refers you there for the vehicles a Class C covers.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
