On a narrow mountain road where you cannot see at least 200 feet ahead, the horn is used to:
- Warn drivers behind you that you are slowing
- Alert oncoming traffic that you are there — correct answer
- Ask other drivers to give way
Why
The horn's uses are to avoid collisions and to alert oncoming traffic on narrow mountain roads where you cannot see at least 200 feet ahead. (Section 5, Using Your Horn.)
Practise this in the real format
