A Class C license is required for:
- All motorcycles
- Commercial tractor-trailers
- Non-commercial passenger vehicles — correct answer
Why
Class C is the non-commercial license for ordinary passenger vehicles. (dmv.ca.gov/dl — Section 1 of the handbook refers you there for the vehicles a Class C covers.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
