Following distance on a slippery road should be:
- The same three seconds as always
- Greater than on a dry road — correct answer
- Shorter, to keep the vehicle ahead in view
Why
Drive more slowly than on a dry road and allow more space to the vehicle ahead. (Section 8, Slippery Roads.)
Practise this in the real format
