For property damage accidents below $1,000 with no injury, you:
- Do not need to report to DMV, but must exchange information — correct answer
- Do nothing at all
- Must file a police report
Why
Below $1,000 with nobody hurt there is no SR 1 to file, but you must still stop and exchange information at the scene. (Handbook, Section 10.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
