If you fail to maintain insurance after reinstating your license with an SR-22, what happens?
- Your license will be re-suspended — correct answer
- You receive a warning only
- You get a premium refund
Why
The SR 22 must stay in force for the full period. A lapse re-suspends the license automatically. (Handbook, Section 10.)
