If you disagree with a traffic ticket, you should:
- Refuse to sign it
- Contest it in court — correct answer
- Argue with the officer at the roadside
Why
Signing is only a promise to appear. If you disagree, contest it in court — that is the correct forum.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
