If you get your license suspended after an uninsured accident, how soon can you get it back?
- After 1 year with SR-22 and insurance — correct answer
- Immediately after paying a fee
- After 5 years, no exceptions
Why
You can recover the license after the first year by providing an SR 22 and maintaining it through the remaining three-year period. (Handbook, Section 10.)
