If you have a legal firearm in the car during a stop, you should:
- Inform the officer and follow instructions — correct answer
- Wait until asked before mentioning it
- Hide the weapon under the seat
Why
Tell the officer it is there before reaching for anything, and follow their instructions exactly.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
