If you want to add organ donor status to your license, you must:
- Submit a doctor’s note
- Opt in during the application process — correct answer
- Be over 21 years old
Why
Donor registration is an opt-in you make during the application, and it appears on the license.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
