A parent/guardian signature is required for:
- Applicants under 18 — correct answer
- Applicants over 21
- Only applicants with a commercial license
Why
Applicants under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign, accepting financial responsibility for the driver. Where custody is joint, both must sign. (Handbook, Section 2.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
