Is a sibling an exception to the under-20 passenger restriction?

- Yes, siblings are always allowed
- No, siblings count as under-20 passengers — correct answer
Why
There is no sibling exception. Anyone under 20 counts, brothers and sisters included. (Handbook, Section 2.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
