It is illegal to leave a child unattended in a vehicle when the child is:
- Ten years old or younger
- Under two years old
- Six years old or younger — correct answer
Why
Six or younger, unless supervised by someone at least 12 years old. (Section 8, Unattended Children and Pets.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
