If you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed while driving, you should:
- Practice calming breaths, turn down noise, and focus on basic maneuvers — correct answer
- Ignore your feelings and keep driving as usual
- Speed up to get to your destination faster
Why
Reduce the load: lower the noise, breathe steadily and focus on the basics of lane position and speed. If it does not settle, pull over.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
