- The pharmacist who dispensed it
- The DMV, through the medical review process
Why
Prescription and over-the-counter medicines can make you an unsafe driver, and the handbook puts the responsibility for knowing their effects on you. (Section 5, Medications.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
