Restrictions the DMV can place on a driver's license include:
- Limiting the number of passengers for every driver
- Limiting when and where you may drive, such as no night or freeway driving — correct answer
- Requiring a new vehicle less than five years old
Why
Restrictions can require mechanical devices such as hand controls, limit when and where you drive, require corrective lenses, or require extra mirrors. (Section 12, Driver's License Restrictions.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
