The DMV can reexamine a driver's ability to drive safely based on:
- A physical or mental condition, or a poor driver's record — correct answer
- The number of years since the license was issued
- The driver's age once they turn 70
Why
The Vehicle Code allows the DMV to investigate and reexamine any driver. The basis is a condition or the driving record — explicitly not age. (Section 12, Reexamination.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
