You receive a Notice of Priority Reexamination with the top box checked. You have:
- Until your next license renewal to respond
- Thirty days to request a hearing
- Five working days to contact the DMV, or your license is suspended automatically — correct answer
Why
Miss those five working days and the driving privilege is suspended until you complete the reexamination satisfactorily. (Section 12, Priority Reexamination.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
