Topic 7 · Insurance and Financial Responsibility
The first thing the law requires after any collision is that you:
- Stop — correct answer
- Take photographs of the damage
- Call your insurance company
Why
You must stop. Leaving the scene is a hit-and-run, and the punishment for a conviction is severe. (Section 10, What to Do if You Are in a Collision.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
