The open container rule does not apply if you are a passenger in:
- A bus, taxi, camper or motorhome — correct answer
- Any vehicle with more than four seats
- A rideshare vehicle with a licensed driver
Why
Those four are the exception the handbook lists to the open container rule. (Section 9, Use or Possession of Alcohol or Cannabis Products in a Vehicle.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
