What happens to provisional license restrictions after one year?
- They are removed and you have a regular Class C license — correct answer
- You must retake the driving test
- They continue until age 21
Why
After 12 months of provisional driving, or at 18, the restrictions drop and you hold an ordinary Class C license. (Handbook, Section 2.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
