Who takes on financial responsibility for a driver younger than 18?
- The parents or guardians, who pay for damages after a collision — correct answer

Why
Parents or guardians carry the financial responsibility for drivers under 18. From 18 on, drivers take on their own. (Section 10, Insurance Requirements.)
