With an instruction permit, who must be in the car while you drive?
- A licensed adult who meets age requirements — correct answer
- Anyone over 16
- No one; you may drive alone
Why
A licensed driver meeting the age requirement — 18 or older generally, 25 or older if you are under 18 — seated where they can take control. (Handbook, Section 2.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
