Why

The escalation for a provisional license is: one at-fault collision or conviction, DMV may act; two, you cannot drive for 30 days unless a licensed adult of at least 25 rides with you; three, six months of suspension and one year of probation. (Section 7, Maintaining Your Minor's Driver's License.)

Practise this in the real format

Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
