You are required to carry proof of insurance:
- Only when your car is new
- In your vehicle at all times — correct answer
- Only when driving on the freeway
Why
Proof of insurance must be in the vehicle whenever you drive it, including for your drive test. (Handbook, Section 10.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
