You leave a brightly lit place and drive into the dark. You should:
- Drive slowly until your eyes adjust — correct answer
- Keep your usual speed: eyes adjust instantly
- Use your high beams immediately to compensate
Why
The handbook asks for slow driving until your eyes adjust to the darkness. (Section 8, Darkness.)
Practise this in the real format
