You may not make a U-turn when you cannot see clearly for:
- 100 feet in each direction
- 500 feet ahead
- 200 feet in each direction — correct answer
Why
The 200-foot rule of visibility applies in both directions. (Section 6, U-turn.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
