Topic 2 · Requirements and Process
You want to use a rental vehicle for your drive test. It is allowed if:
- The rental company gives written permission on the day
- The vehicle is less than three years old
- Your name is on the rental contract and the contract does not exclude drive tests — correct answer
Why
Both conditions have to hold: your name on the contract, and no exclusion of behind-the-wheel drive tests. (Section 3.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
