California’s zero tolerance law for under-21 drivers means:
- They can drive after one drink
- They can drive with up to 0.08% BAC
- Any detectable alcohol (0.01% BAC) is illegal — correct answer
Why
Under 21, the limit is 0.01% — effectively any detectable alcohol. There is no allowance for one drink. (Handbook, Section 9.)
Practise this in the real format
