When does the law require installation of an IID after DUI?
- Never required
- Frequently after first offense, and for repeat offenders — correct answer
- Only after the third offense
Why
An IID may be required after a first conviction and is standard for repeat offenders. (Handbook, Section 9 — DUI Convictions.)
Practise this in the real format
