How long do you have to request a DMV administrative hearing after a DUI arrest?
- 10 days from the date of arrest — correct answer
- 30 days from the date of arrest
- Until your first court appearance
Why
The window is 10 days from the arrest. Miss it and you lose the right to the hearing. (Section 9, DUI Arrests.)
