During a suspension for driving without insurance, you can get your license back:
- In the last three years of the suspension, by filing and maintaining an SR 22/SR 1P — correct answer
- Immediately, once you buy any insurance policy
- Only when the four years are over
Why
You can recover the license for the final three years of the suspension by providing a California Insurance Proof Certificate and keeping it in force throughout. (Section 10, Driving Without Insurance.)
Practise this in the real format
