The minimum liability coverage for property damage in California is:
- $15,000 — correct answer
- $5,000
- $30,000
Why
The three minimums are $30,000 for a single death or injury, $60,000 for more than one person, and $15,000 for property damage. (Section 10, Insurance Requirements.)
