If the DMV takes action against your driving privilege, you have the right to:
- Have the action removed by attending traffic school
- An automatic second chance after 30 days
- A hearing, and written notice of the action and your legal rights — correct answer
Why
When the DMV places you on probation, suspends or revokes your privilege it must notify you in writing and inform you of your rights, including the right to a hearing. (Section 7, Suspension or Revocation.)
Practise this in the real format
