If you are caught violating provisional restrictions, the DMV may:
- Ignore the violation
- Give you extra practice hours
- Take enforcement action, such as probation or suspension — correct answer
Why
DMV can put you on probation or suspend the license outright. The restrictions are conditions of holding it, not suggestions.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
