If you want to drive a vanpool designed for 14 people, you need:
- A motorcycle license
- A Class C license with conditions — correct answer
- No license
Why
A vanpool for 10 to 15 people falls within Class C, subject to additional conditions. (dmv.ca.gov/dl — Section 1 of the handbook refers you there for the vehicles a Class C covers.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
