The Move Over and Slow Down law applies to:
- Only ambulances and fire engines in motion
- Any vehicle stopped on the shoulder
- Stationary emergency vehicles, tow trucks and road work vehicles showing flashing amber warning lights — correct answer
Why
The law covers stationary emergency vehicles or tow trucks with flashing amber lights and stopped road work vehicles with emergency or amber lights. (Section 7, Move Over and Slow Down.)
Practise this in the real format
