To reinstate your license after suspension for no insurance, you must usually:
- File an SR-22 and maintain insurance — correct answer
- Take a written driver’s test
- Pay a fine only
Why
Reinstatement requires filing an SR 22 and keeping the coverage in force for the full required period. (Handbook, Section 10.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
