What is the safest way to turn off a modern car with a push-button start in an emergency?
- Hold the button for at least 3 seconds — correct answer
- Pull the fuse
- Press the button rapidly
Why
Holding the start button for about three seconds shuts a running engine down. A quick press does nothing while moving.
Practise this in the real format
