The DMV may suspend or revoke a driving privilege immediately when:
- The physical or mental condition presents an immediate threat to public safety — correct answer
- The driver misses a scheduled reexamination appointment
- The driver is over 80 years old
Why
Immediate suspension is reserved for a condition that is an immediate threat to public safety. (Section 12, Reexamination.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
