When approaching deep water on the roadway during rain, you should:
- Follow other vehicles closely into the water
- Avoid driving through it and find another route if the depth is uncertain — correct answer
- Speed through quickly to avoid stalling
Why
Do not drive into water of uncertain depth. A few inches of moving water can float a vehicle, and the road under it may have washed out.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
