When should you notify your insurance company about an accident?
- Only if you are at fault
- As soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours — correct answer
- Only if there is major damage
Why
Report promptly — within a day or two. Delay lets the other party frame the claim first and can jeopardize your own coverage.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
