When taking notes after a crash, you should NOT include:
- Time, location, direction, and weather
- Behavior of other drivers
- Your opinion of who is at fault — correct answer
Why
Record facts, not conclusions. Your opinion on fault has no evidential value and can be used against you.
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
