Where may an adult driver mount a cell phone?
- Only on the center console
- Anywhere within arm's reach, including the passenger seat
- On the windshield, dashboard or center console, without blocking the view of the road — correct answer
Why
The mount must be on the windshield, dashboard or center console and must not block your view, and you may only use a single swipe or touch on it. (Section 8, Cell Phones and Texting.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
