You should never start your vehicle:
- Inside a garage with the door closed — correct answer
- With the windows fully closed
- Before fastening your seat belt
Why
Running the engine in a closed garage lets carbon monoxide build up, and it is deadly and impossible to smell. (Section 8, Be Aware of Carbon Monoxide.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
