A 16-year-old applying for a permit must show:
- Proof of car insurance
- Only a parent signature
- Proof of driver education completion — correct answer
Why
Under 18 you must complete a driver education program before you can get an instruction permit. (Handbook, Section 2.)
Practise this in the real format
Reading one answer is not the same as sitting the test. The simulator runs the first-time adult form: 36 questions, 6 mistakes allowed, 83% to pass.
