Topic 6 · Alcohol, Drugs, and Driving (DUI Laws)
A DUI conviction requires you to file:
- A medical fitness report
- A vehicle registration renewal
- A California Insurance Proof Certificate (SR 22/SR 1P) — correct answer
Why
On top of the one-year suspension or revocation, a DUI conviction means completing a DUI program, filing an SR 22 or SR 1P, paying reissue fees and possibly installing an ignition interlock device. (Section 9, DUI Convictions.)
Practise this in the real format
